I'm thinking of doing a custom exhaust (cat back)...what are some of the basic things I should expect (such as materials used) from a decent shop? Anyone have any recommendations of where to go? |

Exhaust Specialties in Auburn did my cat back. They do quality work, mandrel bends and all.
They can also build stainless hearders. Not sure what they would charge to build headers.

I got My ATR through a group purchace on syty.net It's a bolt on fit. I think it was around 350.00 |

ATR is the cheapest route but if you want custom, I know a place that will take care of you.

You probably won't find any stainless mandrel bend shops around. You will be lucky to find stainless at all. I have been away from WA long enough I don't know of any good shops myself. My dad did have some good luck with an ole timer at local shop recently on his 63 convert. |
