Posted - May 22 2006 : 1:44:55 PM I'm thinking of doing a custom exhaust (cat back)...what are some of the basic things I should expect (such as materials used) from a decent shop? Anyone have any recommendations of where to go? |

Have you looked into how much they would charge to build some headers for our trucks? |

Posted - May 24 2006 : 11:03:12 PM Exhaust Specialties in Auburn did my cat back. They do quality work, mandrel bends and all. They can also build stainless hearders. Not sure what they would charge to build headers.

Posted - May 22 2006 : 4:24:43 PM You probably won't find any stainless mandrel bend shops around. You will be lucky to find stainless at all. I have been away from WA long enough I don't know of any good shops myself. My dad did have some good luck with an ole timer at local shop recently on his 63 convert. |
