Hello Everyone,

Im new to this forum, and new to Ty's and Sy's. I have some mechanical experience but not with these sweet trucks. Basically I'm in Seattle and I'm lookin for an experienced SyTy'er thats willing to come check out this Typhoon I want to buy. A very helpful friend onSyTy.org pointed me here, he is from Seattle but is currently living in New York. He said Paul, the /runner owner of this might be able to help. I've found the whole SyTy community very open armed, I just love it. Thanks for all help and advice, now and in the future.

P.S. Paul, my friend told me you know these trucks well and could probably help me out. I dont know if your in Seattle but hit me up. Thanks again

I haven't talked to Roland or Richard Lee in years so I didn't know who else to suggest. Zav and Kurt are out there too, but don't know there status much. Wish I could help, just not there.

Whatever you do, don't listen to JS Design...he knows nothing of sytys whatsoever! :) Just kidding

Hey Paul,

The Ty is in Everett. To my knowledge its #341. The truck was bought a year ago from the original owner by the owner of a private dealership up in everett. Maybe it has a history with someone on here. The mileage is low and the price is good. I just dont know if its a lemon or what. Always skeptical when used dealers involved. I have the VIN here somewhere if you need it. the car fax has one alert for odometer rollback check but if you look at the carfax it seems California DMV just cheaped out and issued title without actual mileage reported. 1GDCT18Z9N0810341

Paul is worthless. Okay maybe not.

Welcome to the group, well your official join date is day you buy that truck.

I am sure Paul or someone can help you out. I would be glad to, but you will need to buy me a plane ticket to fly out there.
